I'm on a weight loss journey. And I want to keep going at it. But I m looking at enjoying and having fun with it while it lasts. I'm looking at doing this for 9 months. How can one have a fun but productive weight loss journey?

Zumba?

I find it hard to imagine losing weight in a way that is both fun and productive—it’s like wanting to build muscle through exercise without feeling any pain at all. The only people who can manage this in a fun and productive way are those who have already gone through the process but then let themselves go. For example, suppose you once lost 20 kilos, built some muscle, and then—by neglecting your routine—gained back 10 kilos and lost some of that muscle mass. It will be much easier for you to shed those 10 kilos and regain your muscle mass than it would be for someone who has never done it before. In fact, you’d likely achieve it in no time, and the process might even be enjoyable for you—simply because you have the experience and know what it feels like. For someone doing it for the first time, however, it would be pure torture, lol. So, I don’t see how something like this can be both fun and productive—unless, of course, it’s not your first time.
